ABOUT THIS SERVICE
You can make payments using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit\debit card.
You must pay a convenience fee for the use of this service. The convenience fee is 2.65% of the transaction amount, and is subject to change.
Payments for Municipal Service Fees are due the 18th of each month. Any payments made using this service must be made by midnight EST on the last business day prior to the 19th day of the month. It is your responsibility to make sure that the payment is paid in full and on time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Under no circumstances will the City of Nitro or their processor be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on any use of this payment system or any other website to which this site is linked. Including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information, even if the City of Nitro has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
