Posting of Payments
Payments are posted once daily at 3:00pm (excluding weekends & holidays). Payments are counted as received when they are posted in our office.
Termination
If you have received a TERMINATION NOTICE, ONLY use online bill pay to make a payment if paying PRIOR to the Termination Date, otherwise payment must be made in our office. If you do not process the online payment before the Termination Date, the Nitro Regional Wastewater Utility WILL NOT have a record of the payment. Your service WILL be subject to termination and additional fees will apply.
If your water service has been terminated DO NOT PAY ONLINE
VISIT our office at 2009 20th Street (Nitro City Hall), Nitro, WV 25143 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to make the payment. PLEASE NOTE: ALL DISCONNECT/RECONNECT FEES MUST BE PAID IN PERSON AT OUR OFFICE.
